Shipping & delivery

Digital delivery

Qelvra is a software-as-a-service product. We don't sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and there is no delivery address to provide.

When you get access

• Free plan and trials — available immediately after you sign up at qelvra.in.
• Paid plans and top-ups — activated instantly once Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within seconds. Your credits appear in your account straight away.
• Invoices — a GST invoice is emailed to your account address and is available under Settings → Billing.

If something goes wrong

If your plan or credits haven't appeared within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email hello@qelvra.in with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll fix it the same working day.
