1. About these terms

Qelvra is provided by [Registered business name], [Registered address], India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using qelvra.in, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use Qelvra on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. The service

Qelvra is an AI agent that analyses websites and search data and gives SEO and answer-engine-optimisation recommendations, content and reports. We may add, change or remove features over time; if we remove something material from a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

3. Your account

Keep your login and API keys secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@qelvra.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Plans, trials and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees through Razorpay.
• Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate (currently 18%).
• New accounts may start a 7-day free trial with 30 credits. If you add a payment method and don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from settings.
• Credits are consumed as you message the agent (1 credit per message). Unused monthly credits roll over while your subscription is active and lapse if it ends.
• Refunds are governed by our refund & cancellation policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Qelvra to:

• Break any law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Analyse or publish to websites you don't own or aren't authorised to manage.
• Generate spam, deceptive content, or content that is defamatory, obscene or hateful.
• Probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our written permission.

6. Your content

You own the content you bring to Qelvra and the content it generates for you. You give us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it — it may contain mistakes.

7. Third-party services

Qelvra connects to services such as Google, WordPress, Shopify and AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability or changes they make.

8. No guaranteed rankings

Search engines and AI assistants decide rankings and citations independently. Qelvra's recommendations are based on data and best practice, but we can't promise any specific ranking, traffic or revenue outcome.

9. Liability

Qelvra is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. On closure, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
